Welcome to Kintsugi Educator Retreats. By accessing or participating in any retreat experience offered by Kintsugi Educators, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility & Registration: Retreats are designed for adult educators and education professionals. Completion of registration, signed agreement, and payment confirms your participation.

• Retreat Inclusions & Exclusions: Retreat costs include lodging, meals as outlined, in-country transport, and listed experiences. Airfare, personal expenses, optional excursions, and travel insurance are not included.

• Conduct & Participation: Participants are expected to engage respectfully and mindfully. Leaders reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if they disrupt the collective experience.

• Health & Risk: Participation is voluntary and involves inherent risk. By joining, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your health, wellness, and safety.

• Changes or Cancellation by Kintsugi: Retreat details are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, travel restrictions). In such cases, we may offer credits or alternate plans but are not responsible for additional costs incurred.
