Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 6/1/2024

Planning and hosting an international retreat requires long-term commitments to vendors and service providers. As such, all deposits made toward the retreat are non-refundable.

Early departure or no-show:
No refunds will be given for missed days or partial attendance.

Transfer of Payments:
Payments are non-transferable to other participants unless explicitly approved in writing by Kintsugi retreat leaders.

Cancellation by Kintsugi:
If the retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disaster, travel advisories, or safety concerns), participants may be offered a credit toward a future retreat or a partial refund, minus unrecoverable costs.

​

We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
